The Basics
What is a digital photo booth?
A digital photo booth is a modern, easy-to-use photo booth where guests can take their own pictures and receive them digitally. It’s quick, fun and designed to keep guests coming back throughout the event.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. There’s no app guests need to download just to use the booth. The process is designed to be quick and straightforward.
Is the booth easy for guests to use?
Yes. That’s a big part of the idea behind Easy Booth Indy. Guests simply walk up and follow the on-screen prompts. No complicated instructions and no photo booth experience required.
Do you stay at the event?
Our standard booth rental is designed as a drop-off service. We deliver the booth, set everything up, test it and leave it ready for your guests. We return after the event to take everything down.
A Booth Attendant can also be added as an enhancement.

What photo booth experiences do you offer?
Easy Booth Indy currently offers three main experiences:
The Social Booth — Experiences from $375
Our modern digital photo booth.
The Signature Booth — Experiences from $500
Our premium DSLR photo booth with a more refined booth design, higher image quality and an Online Digital Gallery included.
The Audio Guest Book — Experiences from $400
Guests pick up the phone and leave personal voice messages for you to keep. It includes a custom voicemail greeting and a USB containing all guest recordings.
What’s the difference between The Social Booth and The Signature Booth?
The Social Booth is our digital photo booth, starting from $375. The Signature Booth upgrades the setup with a different booth design, professional DSLR photography for higher image quality, and an Online Digital Gallery.
Both photo booth rentals include an all-day rental, Custom Welcome Screen Artwork and 100% Digital Photo Cards.
How long do I get the booth?
Our core offerings are all-day rentals. The idea is simple: your event shouldn’t revolve around watching a photo booth clock.

What kinds of events do you do?
Easy Booth Indy is designed for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, school events, graduations, celebrations and everything in between.
Do you travel outside Indianapolis?
Easy Booth Indy serves Indianapolis and surrounding Central Indiana areas.
How much space does the booth need?
Space requirements depend on the booth and enhancements you choose. We’ll confirm the setup requirements for your particular event before the day.
Can the booth be used outdoors?
Yes, but outdoor setups have additional requirements to protect the equipment and keep everything operating safely.
The Outdoor Event Package is required when the booth is outdoors or exposed to weather or prolonged direct sunlight.
Power is also required unless the Battery Power Pack is selected.
Customization & Enhancements
Can we customize the photo booth for our event?
Absolutely.
Both The Social Booth and The Signature Booth include Custom Welcome Screen Artwork, so the booth can feel connected to your event rather than looking like the same setup everywhere it goes.
We can use elements such as your event colors, invitation, theme, logo or inspiration to guide the design.
What enhancements can we add?
Easy Booth Indy offers a range of optional enhancements so you can build the package that fits your event.
These include options such as Premium Backdrops, Props, the Inflatable Party Cube, Premium Lighting, Red Carpet, Online Digital Gallery and more.
The Party Cube is available in Black or White, and multiple backdrop styles are available, including floral options.

The Online Digital Gallery is included with The Signature Booth.
It can be added as an enhancement to The Social Booth.
Booking & Setup
How do I check if my date is available?
Click Check Your Date and tell us a little about your event. We’ll use those details to check availability and help you choose the right booth.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend getting in touch as soon as you know your event date. Availability varies, particularly around popular event dates, so checking early gives you the best chance of securing your date.
Why do I need to sign a contract?
The agreement makes sure both you and Easy Booth Indy know exactly what to expect. It confirms your event details, rental terms, setup expectations, payment information and responsibilities before the event.
What does setup require?
Setup requirements vary depending on your selected booth and enhancements. We’ll confirm what is needed for your specific setup before the event.
A standard power source is required unless a Battery Power Pack has been selected.
